The www.jusan.es website, hereinafter referred to as the PORTAL, conforms exclusively to Spanish regulatory guidelines, and is applicable to both Spanish nationals, and to non-nationals using this web site.

User access to the PORTAL is free and is conditional upon prior reading and complete, express and unreserved acceptance of the here defined General Conditions of Use applicable at the moment of access, which we ask you to please read carefully. Any use of the contents and services offered on the PORTAL constitutes full acceptance of the terms related in the General Conditions of Use. Should the user not agree to the here defined conditions of use, he or she should refrain from using and operating through the PORTAL.

At any time, any or all of the PORTAL content and included services may be altered or removed, all unilaterally and without prior warning.

All content, texts, and images present on the PORTAL are the property of JUSAN or third parties from which the rights have been acquired, and are protected by Intellectual and Industrial Property rights. The user has only the right to private use of the same, and requires the express authority of JUSAN, or relevant third party, in order to modify, reproduce, exploit, distribute and market them, or to make use of any right belonging to the titleholder.

The creation of hyperlinks to the PORTAL does not establish any right whatsoever over the same, and confers only the right of access to the PORTAL, remaining strictly prohibited the partial or complete reproduction of any content from the PORTAL. Likewise, the establishment of a simple link to the PORTAL in no way constitutes the right to be considered collaborator or business partner of JUSAN. All reproduction of the PORTAL content remains strictly prohibited.

CONDITIONS OF ACCESS

Access to the PORTAL is free and requires no previous subscription or registration. However, JUSAN reserves the right to offer services which require user registration.

All users must access the PORTAL in accordance with good faith, with public order legislation, and with the here defined General Conditions of Use. Access to the PORTAL is the sole responsibility of the user, and as such the user will be liable for any damages that might be caused to JUSAN or to any third party as a consequence.

The user is expressly forbidden from obtaining and using the services and content offered in the PORTAL using procedures other than those stipulated in the General Conditions of Use, or where applicable, in the particular conditions regulating the acquisition of specific services.

Taking into account the impossibility of controlling the information, content and services contained in other websites which may be accessed by links, banners, buttons, search engines, etc. provided by the PORTAL, we hereby state that JUSAN is exempt from all responsibility pertaining to any damages whatsoever, that may derive from the use of these external websites by the user, who is recommended to read the legal warnings regulating all websites.

JUSAN reserves the right to undertake the pertinent legal action against users violating the here defined General Conditions of Use.

PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

In accordance with Spanish Law 15/1999 (LOPD) regarding Personal Data Protection JUSAN informs you that specific personal data may be required for the use of certain services available on the PORTAL, and these will be added to our database files. In addition, we would like to inform you that our files are legally entered on the General Registry of Personal Data belonging to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The present privacy policies are governed by legislation exclusively applicable in Spain, with all nationals and non-nationals using the PORTAL being subject to said legislation.

JUSAN considers that when you agree to send your personal details, either by using the form on this website or by e-mail, you are giving us your express authority and consent for the treatment and incorporation of said details into our corresponding automated files, albeit in a revocable and non-retrospective way, and that you accept the conditions set out below. Your details will be treated with maximum confidentiality and in compliance with all the requirements demanded by the 15/1999 Law for the Protection of Personal Data.

The details we ask you for are those appropriate, pertinent and strictly necessary to serve the purpose for which they are collected, and under no circumstances are you obliged to provide them. Likewise, this certifies that the data you send to us is correct and pertinent to the service offered.

The PORTAL collects your personal data with the aim of sending you the requested information or clarification, or to express any doubts you might have. It is considered that if you do not expressly cancel your personal data from our files, you as a user remain interested in forming part of said files until such time as JUSAN considers appropriate, as long as the use remains in keeping with the ends for which the data was originally obtained.

This website does not use cookies or any other means of gathering information on the users' surfing habits.

JUSAN, in response to the trust placed in us, and bearing in mind the importance which your personal details require in terms of protection and confidentiality, hereby informs you that it has adopted all the measures of a technical and organisational nature necessary to safeguard their security, as demanded by the Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007 regulating security measures for automated files containing data of a personal nature. Nevertheless, the user should be aware that security measures on the internet are not impregnable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In making this website available to the user, our intention is to offer a series of quality services and content, applying maximum diligence in both the provision of these services and in the technological means employed. However, we cannot be held responsible for the presence of viruses or other elements which might in any way damage the user's computer system, documents and files.

JUSAN does not guarantee the exactitude, veracity or validity of the content available on the PORTAL, be they its own, that of third parties or linked to other websites, and absolves itself completely from any responsibility deriving from the use of the same.

JUSAN does not guarantee the correct functioning regarding the availability or continuity of the PORTAL. However, JUSAN absolves itself of any responsibility deriving from the incorrect functioning of or interruptions to the PORTAL.

The user assumes all responsibilities deriving from the use of the PORTAL, being the sole person responsible for all the direct or indirect effects that from the PORTAL may be dervived, including, in an expository and non-limiting way, all economic, technical and/or legal adversities, as well as the disappointment of expectations created by the PORTAL, obliging the user to indemnify JUSAN for any claims deriving, directly or indirectly, from such events.

All matters concerning the PORTAL are governed exclusively by Spanish law. Should any discrepancy or difference arise between parties with regard to the interpretation and content of the PORTAL, all parties shall de subject, with express waiver of the right to using any other jurisdiction, to the Barcelona Law Courts.
