Recall Digital, for Security Systems Specialists

Recall Digital, part of the Recall range of call recording solutions, and specifically designed for the recording of calls made via proprietary digital PBX extensions, has been installed at the Colombo Shopping Center in Portugal.

Colombo Shopping in Lisbon, with more than 400 stores which are open every day from 9am to midnight, is one of the ten biggest shopping centers in the Iberian Peninsula. The Award winning centre boasts unique features, and an incredible variety of shops and entertainment, including more than 65 restaurants, 10 cinema screens, a Health Club, over 10 customer service points and an indoor amusement park.

This project, in collaboration with our partner Avetel Telecommunications and with Charon security systems specialists, was installed for an Alcatel OmniPCX Office PBX at the shopping center’s main security operations center, from where all the different cameras and security systems are controlled.

This solution not only records all calls made to and from the main operations center, but is also equipped with a special application which enables the recording of the main radio frequency, used for communications between the operations center and the different security staff located on the ground throughout the building.
