Grupo Roxu backs the Recall range of call recording systems

Grupo Roxu has recently deployed the Recall range of call recording systems by Jusan, with the main objective being to improve quality of service and to gain greater control over orders taken. Currently the system manages the recording of 34 channels (a combination of ISDN lines & analog lines) distributed between the head office in Siero, Asturias and three provincial branches.

Since its foundation en 1978, Grupo Roxu has grown consistently to become the leading company in Asturias and one of the main players in Spain in the Elevation Machinary for Hire sector. Currently the group (Grúas Roxu, PLAAS, IGR, IDEA and Durruti) employs a total workforce of 300 and maintains a fleet of 200 cranes and 100 special transport vehicles.

One of the main requirements of the new system was to provide password restricted access from the head office to all the recordings stored at the different branches (connected by WAN), and to be able to identify the origin of all inbound calls although the local PBXs were of different makes and models. Teprinsa (Telecomunicaciones del Principado S.A), the group's telecommunications provider found the solution in the Recall range of call recorders developed by Jusan.

According to Marco Antonio García Rodríguez, Director of Grupo Roxu “The installation of the Recall system has allowed us to raise standards of customer service and to reduce order and customer detail errors to a minimum. Now we have a system designed to suit the resources at the company's disposal, and to offer the best possible service to our customers.”

The installation of additional units in order to incorporate the remaining branches into the same system is programmed for the final quarter of 2008.
