CL10 Media, a new concept in callshop solutions

The recently launched CL10 Media incorporates a much larger screen on the booth unit than previous versions, which enables the display of advertising spots in each of the callshop’s booths. CL10 Media is additionally an interactive unit creating customer participation as part of the callshop experience. This is a new concept taking the sector into new territory and creating a whole range of complementary business opportunities.

CL10 Evolution Pro is an integrated Management and Billing and Routing system, compatible with all types of line (landline, GSM, VoIP) and all billing modes.

The system allows close control to be maintained over voice and Internet booth activity at all times and the intuitive management software enables prepaid and group invoicing, the sale and stock control of complementary articles, automatic and cutomizeable receipts and detailed analyisis of all call shop activity via a comprehensive selection of reports.

CL10 Evolution Pro also garanties customer satisfaction and brand loyalty thanks to the on screen information in the booth displays which allow customers to monitor the cost of calls in real time, and thanks to the brand loyalty feature incorporated in the software.

CL10 Evolution: designed specifically for single carrier callshops, this system offers the same features as the Pro version without the possibility of routing calls according to the number dialed.

CL10 VoIP is the most recent addition to the range and is a solution conceived specifically for callshops based on Voice over IP. The system is made up of the CL10 Evolution Pro management software connected directly to an integrated analog-VoIP gateway. Booth display units showing call length and cost in real time are optionally available.

CL10 Compact is an "all in one" stand-alone, user friendly call billing and invoicing console, particularly apt for start up situations and remote installations, and ideal as an added customer service in service stations, corner shops, bureaux de change etc.

Compatible with all types of line, CL10 Compact is capable of detecting line reversal, DTMF tones and meter pulse and may even be powered in remote situations by a 12V car battery. Booth display units are optionally available.
